This is our fit time buying a home and Aditya Pride seemed like a good option to start. We saw the plans for the 3 BHK apartment, which is quite large at 1720 Sq.ft. The location in Kapra, Secunderabad is developing, and it's very close to Akshara International School which is a major plus for us. We also liked that it's under construction and scheduled for completion in January 2028, giving us time to plan our finances. The developer, Aditya Develope, seems to have a good reputation based on what we've heard. We are a bit concerned about the traffic on the main roads nearby during peak hou, but hopefully that improves with time. We are looking forward to moving in.

We’ve been looking for a new place in Hyderabad for a while, and Aditya Pride caught our eye. The 3 BHK configuration at 1720 Sq.ft is spacious enough for us and any future needs. Being an IT couple, proximity to work is key, and while Secunderabad isn't the absolute closest, the ECIL X Road Bus Terminal being a short distance is convenient for public transport. The construction is ongoing with a planned completion in January 2028. We appreciate the focus on amenities like 24X7 water supply and water conservation efforts. The main concern for us is the dust from the ongoing construction work in the vicinity, which is quite noticeable right now. We hope Aditya Developemanages this well.

We decided on Aditya Pride for our family mainly because of its fantastic location. Having Akshara International School right at nearby is a huge relief for us. The project offe3 BHK apartments with a generous 1720 Sq.ft super builtup area, which means plenty of room for our children to play and grow. Tulasi Hospitals being just as close is another major comfort. Aditya Developeare managing the construction, which is expected to finish by January 2028. The amenities like 24X7 water supply and recreation facilities are also appealing. The only slight drawback we noticed is the parking situation, which seems a bit tight based on the current layout plans.

My only minor reservation is the current state of the access road, which is a bit narrow.

Proximity to ECIL X Road Bus Terminal in just 4 minutes is very convenient for our daily commute. The project completion is slated for January 2028, which gives us adequate time. We are also looking forward to the rainwater harvesting and water conservation features. The main concern is the noise from the nearby bus terminal, which can be a bit botheome.
