Being a government employee, stability and timely delivery were crucial for me. The project was completed in 2015, and it is ready to move in. The price range of 1.09 crore to 1.27 crore for these configurations was acceptable. The location on Aundh Balewadi DP Road is quite good, with easy access to schools like D. A. V. Public School which is a short distance. The developer, Aditi Develope, seems to have a decent track record. I appreciate the water conservation and rainwater harvesting systems they have included, which is forward-thinking.

The only slight concern is the Baner Road traffic, which can get quite heavy during peak hou, but that's common for this area. Overall, it's a convenient place for a medical professional.

The price was about 1.09 crore, which felt manageable for my fit home. It's a ready-to-move-in property, so I could settle in quickly after the purchase. The proximity to Balewadi Phata Bus Stop, a short distance, is very convenient for public transport. I also like the landscaping and tree planting around the complex; it makes the environment feel pleasant. The construction quality seems solid. We were looking for a modern apartment in Baner and found Aditi Ribera. We bought a 2 BHK, which has a built-up area of 855 square feet. The price point, around 1.1 crore, fit our budget. It’s ready to move in, which suited our immediate plans. The swimming pool and mini theatre were big draws for us as a young couple looking for some entertainment within the complex. The connectivity to NH-48 and the Mumbai-Pune expressway is excellent for our commutes. My only minor gripe is that the car parking space feels a little tight, especially when visiting friends with larger vehicles. Still, the overall vibe and the amenities make it a good choice for us. We feel it’s a good investment for the future too.
