The project's ready-to-move status and completion in January 2023 were key factoin my decision. Adi Shakthi Developehave included necessary amenities like a children's play area and good landscaping. The proximity to Karkhana and Secunderabad is also a plus point for daily commutes and access to city facilities. My only reservation is that the pricing, though not explicitly stated here, felt slightly on the higher side compared to other similar projects in the vicinity during my research phase. Nevertheless, the quality seems good.
