The size is comfortable for us two, and the location in Bhilarewadi is quite accessible. We found it easy to get to the old Mumbai Pune highway for our commutes. The developer, Acme Builde, seems to have a good track record. We are happy with the landscaping and tree planting they have done; it makes the complex look nice. Water supply is also consistent, which is a big relief. Parking is available, both closed and open, which is useful.
