I purchased a 4 BHK villa at Abode Eden Villas for my parents, who are living in Hyderabad. Since it's ready to move, they could settle in immediately after completion in December 2023. The location in Chiryala, Secunderabad is relatively quiet, which they prefer. The plot area of 2600 Sq.ft is spacious. I chose this project because of the good landscaping and the yoga/meditation area, which my mother will find useful. The price of 1.56 Crore onwards was acceptable. The proximity to RR Hospitals at nearby is also a key factor for their healthcare needs. Abode Ventures Llp has a good reputation.
