I purchased a 3 BHK flat, and the carpet area for these units is quite spacious, starting from 9657000 Sq.ft up to 14800000 Sq.ft, which is unusually large but the overall area is up to 1510 Sq.ft. The price was in the 1 Crore range, which was manageable. The inclusion of a Vastu Compliant design was important to me. Having a power backup is also a significant advantage. The project was ready to move in since December 2018. The proximity to Mulshi Road is useful for my commute.
