We were renting in Kothrud and decided to upgrade to our own flat. Abhinav Happy Colony by Abhinav Construction was one of the projects we considered. We liked the 1020 square feet built-up area for our 2 BHK. The price of 1.27 Crore was at the higher end of our expectations, but the advantage of it being ready to move in swayed us. It’s convenient that Dr. Kalmadi Shamarao High School is nearby, although not directly relevant to us now. The metro station is a bit of a distance, but we mostly use our own vehicle. Car parking is included, which is a plus. The main drawback is the slightly cramped feel of the rooms, considering the price paid. We are still evaluating if it was the best use of our savings.

We recently moved into Abhinav Happy Colony and are quite happy with our decision. Having Dr. Kalmadi Shamarao High School nearby is a huge relief for the kids. Sahyadri Super Speciality Hospital is also very close, which gives us peace of mind. The 2 BHK flat we got is spacious enough for our family, with a built-up area of 1020 square feet. The price was around 1.27 Crore, which felt reasonable for the location and proximity to essential facilities. The building has car parking, which is essential in Kothrud. The only minor issue is that the construction dust from nearby ongoing projects can be a bit botheome sometimes, but we are managing.
