The proximity to schools is important, though Hiranandani Upscale School is nearby, which is a bit of a drive for the kids. We liked the provision of a children's play area and the swimming pool. The project is ready to move, which saved us the hassle of waiting. The internal roads and footpaths are well-laid. The main drawback is the dust and traffic noise from OMR Road, which is quite noticeable, especially during peak houWe are also concerned about the distance to SUPREME SPECIALITY HOSPITALS, which is over nearby.
