    We needed a place close to New Oxford School, and Aban Tranquil is just perfect, practically nearby. My kids will love the children's play area and the swimming pool. We booked a 3 BHK which has a super builtup area of 1371 sq.ft, giving us enough space. The Vastu compliance was important for us too. It's ready to move, which was a huge relief as we didn't want to wait. The badminton court and sports facility are great for keeping the kids active. My only worry is the parking situation; it seems a bit tight when we visited, especially with multiple caOtherwise, the jogging track and landscaping look very well done. The 24x7 security gives us peace of mind.
