    We chose ABAD Silver Meadows primarily for its proximity to essential services. Sunrise Hospital and Assisi Vidyaniketan Public School are literally at nearby distance, which is incredibly convenient. The 2 BHK flats offer a super built-up area of 745 to 950 sq.ft. The project is ready to move, which saved us a lot of time and hassle. The Children's Play Area is a good amenity for families. However, the access road to the project can be a bit narrow and congested, especially during school drop-off and pick-up times, which is a minor inconvenience we have to deal with daily. Parking space seems adequate for now.

It was ready to move in, which was perfect for us. The Children's Play Area is a nice touch for future plans. However, the traffic on the main roads during peak houcan be a bit frustrating, sometimes adding significant time to the commute.
