Finding a home near good schools was our priority, and ABAD Ikebana fits the bill perfectly. Bhavan's Vidya Mandir is just a stone's throw away. We got a 3 BHK flat, which is quite spacious at 1700 Sq.ft. The price was around 1.72 Crore, which felt a bit high initially, but the overall quality and location justified it. ABAD Buildehas provided good amenities, including a kid's pool and a jogging track, which the children love. The project is ready to move, having been completed in December 2014. The only drawback is that the parking area can get a little congested during peak hou, especially when hosting guests. Overall, we are happy with our decision.

The location in Kadavanthra is fantastic for us, being so close to S A Road and the National Highway 47 means our commute to the IT corridor is much shorter. The builder, ABAD Builde, seems to have completed the project back in December 2014, so it's ready to move in. The amenities like the swimming pool and gymnasium are a nice addition for the family. My only concern is the traffic noise sometimes, being so close to the main roads. Other than that, it has been a smooth process.

Kadavanthra is a good area with easy access to Vytilla Junction and the National Highway 47. ABAD Buildecompleted this project in December 2014. They have included a multipurpose room and landscaping which adds to the appeal. The 24x7 water supply and 100% power backup are essential features. My only minor concern is that the finishing inside the flat could have been a bit better, but for a debut purchase, it feels like a solid investment in a good location. The proximity to Kadavanthra Metro Station is also a plus.

We bought a 2 BHK flat in ABAD Ikebana for my parents who are living in Kochi. The location in Giri Nagar, Kadavanthra is excellent, very close to Bhavan's Vidya Mandir school and Medical Trust Hospital, which is perfect for them. The size of the 1145 Sq.ft flat is comfortable. ABAD Buildehanded over the property which was completed in December 2014. The price point of 1.13 Crore was within our budget. They have a nice swimming pool and a clubhouse which my parents can use. The water supply from both municipal and borewell is reassuring. They also have 24x7 security which gives us peace of mind living abroad.
