    This is our fit flat purchase, and we chose ABAD Cloud Nine. We got a 3 BHK which is around 1685 sq.ft. The area is good, close to Kadavanthra Metro Station, just a 4-minute walk. We also liked that Bhavan's Vidya Mandir is only a minute away, which is great for families. The amenities are decent, especially the children's play area and the swimming pool. The price was within our budget, around 95 Lakh. The developer, ABAD Builde, seems reliable. We are still waiting for the OC details though, which is a bit concerning, but overall it’s a good start for us.

    We finally moved into our 3 BHK at ABAD Cloud Nine after renting for yeaIt’s in Kadavanthra, very close to the metro which is a huge plus for commuting. The flat size is about 1710 sq.ft, giving us much needed space. ABAD Buildehave provided good amenities like the swimming pool and a gymnasium. The price point of around 96 Lakh was manageable for us. The only issue we've faced is the traffic noise from S A Road during peak hou, which can be a bit loud. But the convenient location and the fact that it is ready to move made up for it.
