It’s also convenient being close to Mandovi Bridge and close to Panaji City Center. The developer is Aatrey Tulips Infracon. However, the price point is at the higher end, which might deter some buyelooking for a more budget-friendly option. The absence of readily available OC details is also something to note.

Aatrey Rudra Elegance is perfect because Best High School is literally a 2-minute walk away, and Narayana Hospital is also that close. We purchased a 3 BHK unit which is 1908 square feet; it’s spacious and has good natural light. The project is in Central East, Ahmedabad, and it was ready to move into when we bought it. The price was around 1.25 crore, which felt fair considering the location benefits. The developer, Aatrey Tulips Infracon, seems reliable. My only minor worry is the parking situation; it seems a bit tight if you have more than one vehicle, but we manage.
