It is ready to move in, so they could shift immediately after I finalized the deal. The price point of around 20 Lakh was acceptable. I appreciated the inclusion of a rainwater harvesting system. My parents are happy with the landscaped garden areas too, they find it peaceful. Happy with the purchase for them.
