After retiring, I wanted a comfortable and safe home in Ahmedabad. Aastha Emerald in Ghatlodiya seemed suitable. I bought a 2 BHK apartment with a built-up area of 1188 Sq.ft. The price was approximately 51.48 Lakhs, which was reasonable for a ready-to-move property completed in June 2015. The project has important amenities like earthquake-resistant structure and fire sprinkle, which provide peace of mind. Its proximity to Thaltej Metro Station (3.3 KM) and Nest Public School (3 KM) is also convenient. The only issue I've found is that the roads around the project can get quite dusty, especially during construction in nearby areas. But otherwise, it's a peaceful place to live.

I recently purchased a 2 BHK apartment in Aastha Emerald. The built-up area is 1278 Sq.ft, which is comfortable for me. I work near Science City road, and it's only nearby, plus Marengo CIMS Hospital is also close. The price was around 60 Lakhs, which fit my budget for a ready-to-move property. I liked that it has power backup and 24x7 water supply, essential for a single occupant. The construction quality seems robust. My only reservation is the parking situation; it feels a bit tight, especially if you have a larger vehicle. But for the price and location, it's a good deal for me.

The 1800 Sq.ft size is ample for them. It is located on Alok Road, which is a familiar area. I was particularly looking for earthquake-resistant structures, which this project offeThe price for this unit was around 75 Lakhs. My parents are happy with the 24x7 water supply and the power backup. The only minor concern is the distance from the main markets, but they have a car, so it's manageable. I wanted a place they would be comfortable in, and this seems to be it.

We just bought our fit home here, a 2 BHK. The built-up area is a good 1188 Sq.ft, which feels quite spacious for us. We were looking for something ready to move and Aastha Emerald was completed in June 2015, so that worked out perfectly. The location in Ghatlodiya is decent, close to Science City road. The price was around 55 Lakhs, which was within our initial budget. Power backup is a big plus for us because of the frequent power cuts in this area. The only thing we noticed is that the finishing work in the bathrooms could have been a little better, but overall we are happy with our purchase and excited to move in.

As a business owner, I look for value and reliability. Aastha Emerald offered a 4 BHK apartment of 2430 Sq.ft. The project by Aastha Projects is located in Ghatlodiya, a developing area with good connectivity to Sarkhej-Gandhinagar Highway. The price point, around 1.05 Crore for the larger unit, seemed competitive given the size. I appreciate the earthquake-resistant structure and the 24x7 water supply. It was ready to move since June 2015, which suited my timeline. The main downside is the lack of an official OC, which is a bit concerning for future resale, although the builder assures everything is in order. Still, a solid construction and good space for the money.

We were renting a small place and wanted to upgrade to a 3 BHK. Aastha Emerald's 1800 Sq.ft apartments caught our eye. The construction was completed in June 2015, and it's ready to move in, which was ideal. The location in North West Ahmedabad is quite accessible, with Sardar Patel Ring Road nearby. The price was about 75 Lakhs, which is a significant investment for us, but the apartment size and quality seemed worth it. We really like the fire sprinkleand earthquake-resistant structure for safety. The traffic on Alok Road can be a bit heavy during peak hou, but we are getting used to it. Overall, a good upgrade for our growing family.
