The area in West Marredpally, Secunderabad is decent and feels relatively peaceful. The developer, Aashray BuildeHyderabad, is offering a children's play area, which will be nice for future use. Having 24x7 CCTV surveillance and a gated community provides a sense of security. The project is ready to move, which is a big plus as we don't want to wait too long. The only downside is the approach road – it’s close to AOC Main Road, but getting onto the main roads during peak houcan be a bit slow due to traffic.
