The price was around 30 Lakhs, which fit our budget. The location is great, especially being close to Sector 53 metro station, making my office commute very easy. The project has a children's play area, which is a nice bonus for the future. The apartment has 3 open sides, giving good natural light. The only small concern is that the parking space can feel a bit tight if you have a larger vehicle.
