We needed a larger home, so we purchased a 4 BHK in Aaryan Eminent. The built-up area is quite large, starting from 2160 square feet, giving us plenty of room. It is ready to move, which was perfect for our family's needs. The location is good, close to Zydus Hospitals and Nest Public School. We were looking for a project with good facilities for the kids, and the children's play area and indoor games here are excellent. The price was in the 1.6 Crore range. My wife likes the landscaping and tree planting; it makes the complex look green. The only small downside is that during certain times of the day, there's some noise from the nearby S. G. Highway, but it's generally manageable inside the apartment.
