We wanted something comfortable for our retirement yeaand Aaryan 60 seemed like a good fit. The 1107 square feet 2 BHK apartment is a decent size, not too large to manage. It's ready to move in, which was important for us as we didn't want to wait. The location in Gota, Ranip is reasonably quiet, though traffic can build up on the main roads during peak houWe liked the idea of having a children's play area, even though we don't have kids, it adds to the general upkeep of the complex. The paved compound looks neat. Maintenance staff is available which is a big plus for us.

As a government employee, budget and reliability are key. Aaryan 60 offered a 2 BHK apartment around 1107 square feet for 27.68 Lakh, which was very attractive. It's ready to move in, and the project was completed back in 2011, so it's not new construction, which I prefer. The location in Gota, Ranip is accessible, and it's relatively close to the Sarkhej-Gandhinagar Highway. The complex has essential amenities like lifts and 24x7 water supply. The maintenance staff is also a big help. My only minor issue is that the sensor operated dooand lifts feel a bit dated, but they function fine.

It is ready to move, so they can settle in immediately. My only concern is that the OC received status is not available, which is a bit unusual.

The only drawback I've noticed is the dust from ongoing construction in the wider Gota area, but that's temporary. The Vadaj Metro Station is also not too far away.
