We chose A Premium in Alwal, Secunderabad because of its proximity to Pallavi Model School, which is only 2 kilometeaway, making the school run much easier. The 3 BHK apartment provides 1550 square feet of built-up area, which is enough space for our family. It is ready to move in, so we did not have to wait. The price of 93 Lakhs onwards was within our budget. My only slight concern is the parking situation; it seems a bit tight, especially if we have guests. The overall location is good, close to the IG Statue Alwal Bus Stop too.

This is my fit property purchase. I was looking for something ready to move in and this A Premium apartment fit the bill. The 1550 square feet built-up area for the 3 BHK configuration felt adequate for a fit home. Alwal, Secunderabad is a developing area and I hope it appreciates well. The price of 93 Lakhs was what I had in my budget, so it worked out. I did notice a bit of dust from ongoing construction nearby, but that is expected in developing localities. The developer A Premium seems to have a decent track record.
