The large clubhouse is a plus for attracting tenants.

We were looking for a spacious home and liked the 1490 Sq.ft 4 BHK at 5 Maidan by SKYi DevelopeThe clubhouse is huge, over 30,000 Sq. Ft, which is great for the kids. Being close to NICMAR Univeity at nearby is also convenient for family visits. The price point of 2.46 Crore onwards was within our budget for this area. Construction is still going on, so we expect some dust and noise. The completion date is May 2023, which seems reasonable. We are hoping the amenities like the swimming pool and gymnasium will be ready by then. Overall, it looks like a decent option for a family home.

It is conveniently close to NICMAR Univeity, and Shashwat Hospital Aundh is also nearby, which gives us peace of mind. The project offe4 BHK flats, and we chose a 1490 Sq.ft one. The 30,000 Sq. Ft clubhouse and the cricket pitch are big attractions for the kids. The price is on the higher side, starting at 2.46 Crore, but the facilities seem to match. The construction is still ongoing, so there is some temporary inconvenience with dust. We are eagerly waiting for the May 2023 completion date.
