Vishesh Developer has a reputation for timely delivery, and this project was completed back in June 2013. The internal roads and footpaths are decent, and the landscaping adds a nice touch. My only real concern is the parking situation; it feels a bit cramped, especially if you have guests. However, the security guards are vigilant. The price range for these larger flats goes up to 39.38 Lakh, which I felt was reasonable given the built-up area and location.
