Finally moving out of our rental place! We decided on Zillion Sentosa after looking at quite a few options. The 4 BHK apartments, starting from 1850 square feet, offer the space we desperately need. We are paying around 1.1 Crore for our unit. The location in Vemali, Sama Savli is decent, though traffic can get a bit heavy during peak houon the main road. They have a Multipurpose Sports Court which is a nice addition. Construction is ongoing, with completion set for June 2028. The premium vitrified tiles and modular switches mentioned sound good.
