I purchased a 3 BHK apartment in Shreeji Sharnam for my parents who live in Vadodara. I wanted something comfortable and ready to move in. The carpet area of 888 sq.ft. Is sufficient for them. It’s good that the project has 24x7 water supply and power backup, which are essential. Podar World School is right next door, which is convenient if they ever have visitowith children. The vertical garden is a nice touch. However, I’m a bit worried about the maintenance costs going forward, as that information wasn't readily available during the booking. The overall construction quality appeasolid, but I’ll rely on my parents’ feedback for day-to-day living.

We bought a 3 BHK here at Shreeji Sharnam. The carpet area is quite good, our unit is around 1100 sq.ft. Which gives us plenty of space. The location in Vemali is developing, and it’s good that it’s ready to move in, so no waiting. Sharnam Reality seems to have a decent setup. The amenities like the gymnasium and children's play area are functional. My main concern is the internal roads – they are a bit narrow for smooth two-way traffic, especially when construction vehicles are around. Also, getting onto the main canal road can be tricky during peak houdue to local traffic.
