I liked that they have 24x7 water supply and solar lighting included. The location near Sarkhej, Shantipura Circle is quite convenient for my commute. It's under construction and expected to finish by December 2027, which gives me time to plan. My main concern is the traffic on Sanand-Sarkhej Road during peak hou, it can get quite busy. But overall, the price range from 35.4 L is reasonable for Ahmedabad.

We booked a 2 BHK apartment, and the carpet area is around 4831 Sq.ft, which is plenty of room for our family. The location at Shantipura Circle, Sarkhej is developing nicely. Amenities like 24X7 Water Supply and Lift(s) are essential for us. The price was around 50 Lakhs. The main drawback is the distance to Shalby Hospitals, which is nearby. Construction is ongoing, with completion targeted for December 2027. Overall, it feels like a good choice for our family's future.

One minor issue is that the Jivraj Park Metro Station is nearby, which is a bit further than I hoped for public transport access. However, the inclusion of a Fire Fighting System and CCTV Surveillance gave me peace of mind.
