We wanted a peaceful place for our retirement. New Aamena Palace has a senior citizen siteout and gazebo, which sounded very inviting. We looked at the 2 BHK apartments, around 633 sq.ft carpet area. The construction by New Yushra Developeis ongoing, aiming for a February 2019 finish. The earthquake-resistant RCC structure gives us confidence. While the location in Sarkhej is good, the internal roads and footpaths are still being laid, so there's a bit of dust and construction noise currently, but we expect that to settle once completed. Water storage is also included.
