We moved here specifically for the convenience of our children. V. S. St. John's Higher Secondary School is nearby, which saves us so much time every morning. Yugaandhar Nature Park has a children's play area that my kids absolutely love. We bought a 3250 Sq.ft plot so we could have a nice garden space. Care and cure hospital is also nearby, which is very reassuring for any medical emergency. The project by Yugaandhar Housing feels very secure for families. We have been here for a short while and the 24X7 water supply has been consistent. It is a very practical location for any family with school going children.

I have been looking for a quiet place to build a house and found Yugaandhar Nature Park to be a good fit. I opted for the 1250 Sq.ft plot because it fits my budget nicely. The location in Allapuram Village is quite peaceful compared to the city center. I liked that the Vijayawada Airport is not too far away, which is helpful for my frequent travel. Yugaandhar Housing has kept the area clean with good landscaping. I am planning to start construction soon. The only issue is that the public transport options from the main road are a bit limited right now, so having your own vehicle is definitely necessary to live here comfortably. Otherwise, it is a very calm neighborhood for someone living alone.

Buying my fit property was a big decision and Yugaandhar Nature Park made it relatively simple. I chose a 1500 Sq.ft plot and the price was within my range of 18.05 L to 62.09 L. The jogging track and basketball court are nice features that sold me on the project. Being located in Gannavaram is a big advantage for the future appreciation of this land. Yugaandhar Housing did a decent job with the basic infrastructure. My only complaint is that the approach road has a lot of dust because of ongoing work in the surrounding areas. Aside from that, it is a decent place to buy your fit piece of land without any major complications.

Managing my business while building a house is tough, but the location of Yugaandhar Nature Park makes it manageable. It is fairly close to the city, and the connectivity to NH5 is excellent for my logistics. I purchased one of the larger 4300 Sq.ft plots. The project includes a yoga and meditation area which I find quite useful for stress relief. Yugaandhar Housing has done a good job with the layout planning. I did notice that during peak hou, traffic near the main road can get a bit heavy. Other than that minor traffic issue, everything else seems to be in order. The facilities like the sports facility are well maintained and the overall environment is quite productive and quiet.
