Found this project while looking for clear title plots in Buddavaram. Gardens by VL Housing seems like a very stable option for those who prefer building their own home. It is very close to the Vijayawada Airport which makes it accessible. I visited the location recently and the site is ready to move which is a huge plus compared to many other projects that are still under construction. The documentation process was handled quite professionally by the sales team. My only minor issue is that there is not much shade in the open plot area yet, so it feels very warm during the afternoons. Aside from that, the connectivity to the main highway is quite decent and should be convenient for daily commuting needs.

Bought a large plot at Gardens recently for my family home. Since I travel frequently for my business, being located near NH5 and the Vijayawada Airport is a huge relief for me. VL Housing has done a good job with the layout, and it is a ready to move project, so I am starting my boundary wall work next week. The connectivity from the Gannavaram Railway station is also excellent for my staff who commute daily. There are a few shops nearby for daily needs, which is quite convenient. I do wish the approach road was slightly wider for heavy vehicles, but it is not a deal breaker for me. Overall, it is a very functional location if you value connectivity above everything else. I am quite happy with the purchase.

Moving out of our rented house was a big decision, but Gardens offered us the perfect opportunity to invest in a plot. We really liked the location in Buddavaram since it is near V. S. St. John's Higher Secondary School. It makes our morning commute much easier. VL Housing has kept the area well maintained and the site is ready for immediate construction. We did notice that the traffic on the main road can get a bit noisy during school hou, but that is manageable. We are happy that we found something in this budget that is not too far from the city center. The process of getting everything finalized was quite smooth and the team was helpful throughout.

My only small concern is that the road leading to the site gets a bit dusty during the dry season, but that is common in this area.
