Pristine Properties has designed these residences to be Vastu-compliant and well-ventilated, which was important to us. The location in Akurdi, near the Old Mumbai Pune Highway, is convenient for our commute to school. The project offenumerous amenities like a multi-purpose sports court and a senior’s garden lounge. We are happy with the detailed floor plans and the overall look and feel of the project so far. The completion date is December 2030.
