Finally bought my fit flat at Royal Hill Crest in Pimpri Chinchwad. The 709 Sq.ft 2 BHK was within my budget, around 82 Lakhs. It's ready to move which is great because I wanted to settle in soon. The location in Ravet is quite good, close to the Aundh-Ravet road. Royal Developeseem to have finished the project by December 2023. I checked out the gymnasium and the swimming pool, they look decent. Parking is available which is a relief. I am excited to move in and start this new chapter of my life.
