The carpet area is around 721 sq.ft, which feels spacious enough for us and our cat. My wife likes the landscaping and tree planting around the complex, it makes it feel greener. The location in Pimpri Chinchwad, Dighi is okay, though traffic can be a bit much during peak houheading towards the highway which is nearby. Overall, it's a decent place for starting out.
