Having retired, I wanted a peaceful place, and Yashodeep Casa Rio Phase 1 seemed suitable. It's a ready-to-move-in project completed in August 2015. I opted for a 1 BHK flat with a carpet area of 400 Sq.ft. The project includes amenities like water conservation and rainwater harvesting, which are environmentally conscious. The street lighting and internal roads and footpaths are well-done within the complex. The nearby ORCHIDS The International School is a good landmark. The noise from the main road can sometimes be a bit botheome, especially during the day, but it quiets down considerably at night.

It's ready to move, so I didn't have to wait long. The main challenge is the accessibility; the internal roads are not the best and can get dusty. I appreciate the 24x7 water supply and the fire fighting system, which are important for safety. The location in Pimpri Chinchwad, Chikhali is decent, with the Newale Vasti Bus Stop being nearby, making commuting easier. The landscaping and tree planting around the complex are pleasant. My main concern is the limited parking space available; while there's closed and open parking, it can get quite crowded.
