My children can get to school easily now. The built-up area is 783 square feet, which feels spacious enough for our family. Having a children's play area within the gated community is also a big plus for the kids. The security guards provide a sense of safety. The price was within our budget, around 43 Lakhs. My only small concern is the traffic noise sometimes, as it's close to the main road, but overall we are happy here.
