Xrbia Ambi is in Talegaon Dabhade, which is developing nicely. It's ready to move, which is always a plus. The developer, XRBIA DevelopeLtd, seems to have completed this project by September 2021. I checked the basic amenities like children's play area and 24x7 security, they seem adequate for the price. Parking is available, both closed and open. The only thing to consider is if the small size is truly viable for long-term rental.
