The price is around 23 Lakh, which is quite affordable for me now. Access to Talegaon Dabhade Railway Station Bus Stop in just 2 minutes is very convenient for local travel. The price was within my budget at about 23.5 Lakh. My only worry is the road to the project, it's a bit narrow and can get dusty sometimes.
