We purchased a 2 BHK flat in Windson Golden Copac. The carpet area is decent at 629 sq.ft, giving us enough space. Being ready to move in was a big plus as we didn't want to wait. The location in Pimpri Chinchwad, Kiwale is developing, and we liked that it had a children's play area and landscaping. The entrance lobby is also well-maintained. It's been about six months since we moved in, and the construction seems solid. The price was within our expectations for this size and location in Pune. One small thing is the traffic can get a bit heavy during peak houon the main road.

However, the access road to the project could be better; it’s a narrow lane for a short stretch which is a minor inconvenience.

The price point, starting around 37.07 Lakh, was very attractive for a new place. I appreciate the 24/7 CCTV surveillance and the video door security, which makes me feel safe. The bus terminal is also quite close, just nearby, making my commute easier. The only minor issue is that sometimes the dust from ongoing construction nearby can be a bit much, but hopefully, that will settle down.
