It's close to the Mumbai-Bangalore expressway, making our commute easier. My partner really liked the landscaping and the tree planting around the complex. We also appreciate the 24/7 water supply, which is crucial. The only thing we noticed is that the parking area is a bit cramped, especially if you have a larger vehicle. Overall, it seems like a decent place for a young couple starting out.
