We finally bought our own place at White Water Burj Al Baig! We've been renting in Hyderabad for yeaand wanted something bigger. We picked a 3 BHK, which is 1434 square feet built-up. It feels much more comfortable than our old rental. Being ready to move meant we could shift quickly. The location near the APSRTC Bus Stop in Khizra Enclave is okay, though the road leading to it could be wider. White Water Constructions included a gym and power backup, which are useful. The price was just at the upper end of our budget, about 31.55 Lakh. Dust from nearby construction sites can sometimes be an issue, but we are happy to finally own our apartment.
