  Finding a ready-to-move villa in West Hyderabad took us a while. Northstar Allura seemed like a good fit for us. We liked the community buildings and the swimming pool area. The location in Gandipet is developing nicely, and it's great that Pallavi International School is right there, nearby. We looked at the 4244 sq.ft villa, which felt spacious enough for now, though the price is quite high, starting from 7.85 crore. One thing that concerns us a bit is the traffic on the main roads during peak hou, but hopefully, that improves. We are looking forward to settling in.

Being ready to move in was a big plus for us as we needed to relocate quickly for business. The proximity to the Nehru Outer Ring Road is fantastic for travel. The price point of around 8 crore plus is significant, but for the size and location, it felt justified. The landscaping and tree planting around the community looks well done and gives a peaceful vibe. We are happy with the decision to buy here.

  After retiring, I wanted a peaceful place to settle down, and Northstar Allura in Gandipet seemed suitable. The villas offer ample space, with the 4 BHK configurations going up to 4729 sq.ft. It is ready to move, which meant no waiting period. The proximity to NH4 is convenient for occasional travel. The price is substantial, around 8 crore to 8.75 crore, which is what one expects for a villa of this size in this location. My only reservation is the dust from ongoing nearby developments, which might be an issue for a while. Otherwise, the community feels well-planned with good landscaping.

While the developer, Northstar Homes, has a track record, the absence of an OC received is a point of caution for due diligence. The amenities like a gymnasium and fire sprinkleare standard.
