    I picked up a 3 BHK in White Pearl by AKB Develope& Promoteas an investment. The price point between 47.09 Lakh and 52.63 Lakh for the sizes offered (961 to 1074 sq.ft) seemed competitive for East Tambaram. It's a ready-to-move property, which is always a plus for rental income. The proximity to schools and hospitals should attract tenants. I'm hoping the area continues to appreciate in value. My only reservation is the lack of readily available OC, which might be a minor hurdle for some potential buyeor tenants down the line. However, given it was completed in February 2012, I am optimistic about its long-term prospects.

It's quite close to Annai Violet School, which is great because my sister's kids go there. The price was in our budget, around 47 Lakhs. AKB Develope& Promotehave delivered on time. The only minor issue is the road leading to the building can get a bit busy during peak hou, especially since it's close to the school and theatre bus stop. Parking is also something to consider if you have multiple vehicles. Overall, it's a decent option for a fit home in Chennai.

The location is quite convenient, with essential places like Annai Violet School and PARVATHY HOSPITAL just a stone's throw away. The Varadharaja Theatre Bus Stop is also nearby, making travel accessible. AKB Develope& Promotefinished the project in February 2012. The main drawback we've noticed is the traffic can be quite heavy on Manimegalai Street during school drop-off and pick-up times. Dust from the nearby roads is also a bit of an issue sometimes.

    This is my fit flat purchase and I was a bit nervous. I chose White Pearl because it was ready to move and the price for a 3 BHK was around 50 Lakhs. The built-up area is about 1000 square feet, which seems good. The location in East Tambaram is convenient for daily needs. I checked the construction quality and it looked solid enough for the price. AKB Develope& Promoteseem like a reliable builder. My only concern is that the OC is not available, which makes me a little hesitant about future resale value, but the builder assured us it would be processed. It's a good starting point for someone like me.

    We bought a 3 BHK flat here, around 1074 square feet, mainly because of the proximity to Annai Violet Matriculation & Higher Secondary School. It's literally zero kilometeaway, which saves us so much time and hassle. PARVATHY HOSPITAL is also right there, which is a huge relief for any parent. The AKB Develope& Promoteproject is ready to move, and we moved in a few months ago. The price was between 47 Lakhs and 52 Lakhs, which felt reasonable for the location and the size. The area is developing nicely, with Varadharaja Theatre Bus Stop being nearby, making commuting easier. Construction seems fine so far.
