The location in Madipakkam is accessible, though reaching the Airport Metro Station is about 9 kilometeaway. The Hindu Mission Hospital is also a reasonable distance at 1.7 kilomete, which gives us peace of mind. The MGP developer seems reliable. One small issue is that parking can be a bit tight here.
