We were looking for a 2 BHK in Ravet and White Aqua Life A Bldg caught our eye. The carpet area for the 2 BHKs starts from 539 sq.ft which feels decent for our needs. The project is still under construction, with completion expected around June 2027. It's good that they have 24/7 water supply planned. The location near Mukai Chowk is convenient, and it's not too far from the Mumbai Pune Expressway, maybe nearby. Our main worry is the traffic on Aundh-Ravet road during peak hou, it can get quite bad. Also, construction dust is noticeable when you visit the site. We hope White Properties And Ventures manages these things well.
