    We purchased a larger 2 BHK unit, approximately 1347 square feet, at West Avigna Residency for our growing family. The location in Puppalaguda, West Hyderabad, is quite strategic, being close to the Nehru Outer Ring Road and Shankarpalli-Hyderabad Road. This helps with commutes. The Multipurpose Hall is a nice addition for community gatherings. While the apartment itself is spacious, the traffic noise from the nearby main roads can be quite noticeable during peak hou, which is a slight downside. The price was around 85 Lakh, which felt a bit high but the size of the flat justified it for us. West Peak Developeseem to have decent construction quality.

The biggest draw was the zero distance to Continental Hospitals and Oakridge International School, which is fantastic for peace of mind. Having 24x7 CCTV surveillance makes me feel secure when I am at work. The car parking is a bit tight though, and I sometimes worry about finding a spot after returning late. The budget was manageable, around 75 Lakh. The apartment is ready to move in, which was a priority. I wish the metro was a bit closer than nearby, but overall it is a good setup for a single peon.

The proximity to Oakridge International School and Continental Hospitals, literally nearby, is a huge advantage for emergencies and school runs. While the project is ready to move, we were unable to find out if an OC has been received. The distance to Raidurg Metro Station at nearby means the metro isn't the most convenient daily commute option.

It is good that West Peak Developeincluded a children's play area, though my grandchildren don't visit too often. The location in Puppalaguda is quite convenient, with major roads like Shankarpalli-Hyderabad Road nearby. We did notice that the construction dust from ongoing work nearby can be a bit much sometimes. However, the proximity to Oakridge International School is a major plus for family visiting. The price point was within our expectations for this locality.
