The carpet area is between 737 and 822 square feet, which should be comfortable for them. The price is between 95.76 Lakhs and 1.06 Crore. I chose this project by Tirupati Estates because it is on Sinhagad Road, a familiar and accessible area for them. They will appreciate the 24x7 water supply and the lift facilities. My only concern is the distance to the Sahyadri Super Speciality Hospital, which is over nearby. The project is slated for completion in May 2025, but is ready for possession now. I hope the maintenance is handled well by the society.

My main concern is the dust on Sinhagad Road; it can get quite heavy. Also, the hospital is nearby, which is a bit far in an emergency.
