We were looking for our fit home together and Wakadkar Amarillo Town stood out. The price of 67.95 Lakh for a 2 BHK apartment was manageable for us. The 645 sq.ft carpet area is a good size for a young couple. We loved the idea of a clubhouse and an open gym. The developer, Wakadkar Brothe, has included advanced hi-tech security systems, which gives us peace of mind. The location is decent, close to the Aundh-Ravet road. However, the area around the project is quite busy with ongoing construction, leading to some noise and dust. We are hoping this improves once the project is completed in December 2025.
