This is my fit property purchase, a 2 BHK in VVIP Addresses. I chose it because it's ready to move and the price point started around 67.72 Lakh, which fit my initial budget. The built-up area for the 2 BHK is between 935 Sq.ft and 1200 Sq.ft. The VVIP Group seems reputable. I visited the site and liked the Vastu compliant design and the landscaping. The availability of a gymnasium and swimming pool is a bonus. However, the OC is not available, which is a bit concerning for a fit-time buyer like me. I will need to undetand this better. The location in Ghaziabad is developing.

We moved into our 4 BHK apartment in VVIP Addresses about six months ago. The main reason we chose this project by VVIP Group was the proximity to Bhagirath Public School, which is nearby, and Shaheed Sthal Metro Station is also at the same distance. This makes school runs and city travel much easier. Our 4 BHK has a built-up area of about 3000 Sq.ft, giving our kids enough space to play. The project offea cricket pitch and a swimming pool, which the children absolutely love. The 24x7 water supply and garbage disposal are convenient. While the project is ready to move, we noticed the surrounding area can be dusty sometimes due to ongoing development, but it's manageable. The prices are on the higher side, especially for the larger units.

Location in Raj Nagar Extension is decent, close to Natl. Highway 58 for my commute to work. Getting around is easy enough. The project is ready to move which was a big plus. We were looking for something completed. The price was within our budget, around 1.2 crore. The amenities like the swimming pool and gymnasium are good additions for weekend relaxation. Security seems tight with 24x7 guards and CCTV. Overall, a good experience so far.

It’s located in Raj Nagar Extension, Ghaziabad, and is quite close to Natl. Highway 58, making our commute manageable. The apartment size is around 1500 Sq.ft which is perfect for us and future plans. We liked the club house and the tennis court available within the project. The VVIP Group delivered the project by October 2018, and it is ready to move. The price was reasonable, around 1.1 crore. A small issue is the traffic can get a bit heavy during peak houon the main roads nearby. But overall, we are happy with the purchase.

It’s ready to move, so they could shift immediately after completion in October 2018. The location in Raj Nagar Extension provides easy access to Yashoda Hospital which is important for them, nearby. I also liked that it has gated security and private parking. The only minor concern is the price range, going up to 4.56 Crore for larger units, but the quality seemed worth it.
