We moved into Dwarika Raj Garden City Ghaziabad about six months ago. Being retired, I appreciate the quiet atmosphere and the ample green spaces within the complex. The Vastu compliant design was a significant factor for us. We bought a 3 BHK which has a built-up area of 2420 square feet, a good size for us. The gymnasium is well-equipped, and I use it regularly. The security seems good with the fire fighting system in place. My only small issue is that the internet connectivity can be a bit spotty sometimes, especially during peak houOtherwise, the Dwarika Raj Group seems to have delivered a decent community living experience. It feels peaceful here.

The location in Raj Nagar Extension is developing rapidly, and we see potential for appreciation. The proximity to the Hindon Elevated Road Extension is a major plus for commuting. They also have a swimming pool and a tennis court, which are nice amenities for future development on the plot. While the developer, Dwarika Raj Group, has completed the project, there is still some dust from ongoing construction in nearby areas, which is a minor inconvenience. Overall, it’s a good investment for us.

The location in Raj Nagar Extension is quite convenient, with schools and hospitals nearby like Bhagirath Public School and Manav Hospital. The developer, Dwarika Raj Group, has provided several amenities including landscaping and a gymnasium, which we find very useful. My wife especially likes the swimming pool. The parking is adequate with closed car parking facilities. The only slight drawback is the noise from the nearby Hindon Elevated Road Extension at times, but we are getting used to it. It's a comfortable living space.

We also liked that Manav Hospital is equally close. The amphitheater and landscaping are beautiful. The only downside is the traffic getting out of Raj Nagar Extension during peak office houcan be frustrating. But having our own home makes it worth it.

However, the Wi-Fi service provided by the developer can be slow at times, which is a bit annoying when I need to work from home. Overall, it’s a good place to live.
