    We are finally upgrading from our rental flat. VTP Belair C Building offered a 2 BHK with a carpet area between 485 and 536 square feet, which is a good step up for us. The price point, starting from 37.41 Lakh, was within our reach after some savings. We liked the community buildings and the swimming pool offered as amenities. The location in Pimpri Chinchwad is decent. However, the parking situation seems a bit tight, and we are worried about having enough space for our car once the building is fully occupied.
