    I bought a 1 BHK in VTB Om Sai Avenue for investment purposes. The carpet area is around 421 Sq.ft which is a decent size for rentals in Pimpri Chinchwad. Chikhali is an area that is seeing a lot of development, so I expect good appreciation. VTB Realties is a developer with a few projects under their belt, so I trust they will complete this one by December 2026 as promised. The nearby SNBP International School is a good landmark. The price was not mentioned but I am hoping it is competitive for the area. Overall, the location seems promising for future rental income.
