  I bought a 1 BHK in VTB Om Sai Avenue for investment purposes. The carpet area is around 421 Sq.ft which is a decent size for rentals in Pimpri Chinchwad. Chikhali is an area that is seeing a lot of development, so I expect good appreciation. VTB Realties is a developer with a few projects under their belt, so I trust they will complete this one by December 2026 as promised. The nearby SNBP International School is a good landmark. The price was not mentioned but I am hoping it is competitive for the area. Overall, the location seems promising for future rental income.

The Imperial Multi Speciality Hospital is close by, which is important for their healthcare needs. I found the parking situation to be a bit tight during my visit, especially the open parking spots.

The proximity to SNBP International School, nearby, is a huge factor for us as teacheouelves. The developer, VTB Realties, has promised completion by December 2026. They have included important amenities like a sewage treatment plant and storm water drains. We also liked the landscaping and tree planting plans. The only drawback is the dust and noise from ongoing construction, which is expected at this stage, but it can be quite botheome some days.
