After retirement, I wanted a comfortable and well-connected place. VSPL Divine in Yeshwanthpur caught my eye. It is ready to move, and the OC being received was a big factor for us. The location near the Outer Ring Road is great, and it's reassuring to know Manipal Hospital Yeshwanthpur is nearby. My wife liked the idea of being close to ORR-Yeshwanthpur. The flat layout is practical. Parking is a bit of a challenge here, especially if you have a larger vehicle or multiple caOtherwise, the project seems peaceful and well-maintained.

I purchased a flat in VSPL Divine, located in Yeshwanthpur, Bangalore North. The project by Swaraj Homes BuildeDeveloper is ready to move and has received its OC, which simplifies the entire process for me. The accessibility to the Outer Ring Road is a significant advantage for daily travel. Goraguntepalya Metro Station being nearby adds to the convenience. I am looking at this as a long-term investment. While the project has good connectivity, the immediate vicinity can get quite dusty due to ongoing construction nearby, which is a slight concern. However, the overall value proposition seems good.

We were looking for a ready-to-move flat and VSPL Divine in Yeshwanthpur seemed like a good option. The location near the Outer Ring Road is convenient for commuting. We liked that the OC is already received, which means less hassle. It’s good that Goraguntepalya Metro Station is nearby, makes travelling around Bangalore much easier. We are still figuring out the parking situation though, it feels a bit cramped when we have guests. The construction quality looks decent from what we can see. My partner really liked the floor plan, though we don't have specific BHK details to mention size.

We decided on VSPL Divine because it's ready to move and has the Occupancy Certificate. The location in Yeshwanthpur, close to the Outer Ring Road, is very convenient for my husband's office. It’s also good that ORCHIDS The International School is nearby, which is important for our child. The project is developed by Swaraj Homes BuildeDeveloper. The proximity to Goraguntepalya Metro Station at nearby is a big plus for us. The main drawback we've noticed is the traffic congestion on the Outer Ring Road during peak commute times, which can make journeys longer than expected. However, we are managing.

Finally moving out of our rental place into VSPL Divine. We chose this project by Swaraj Homes BuildeDeveloper because it's ready to move and has the OC. The proximity to ORR-Yeshwanthpur is a huge plus for my husband’s commute. It’s also reassuring that Manipal Hospital Yeshwanthpur is only nearby, and the metro is close too. We are getting a 2 BHK which is what we need. The only minor issue is the noise from the Outer Ring Road sometimes, but we are hoping to get used to it. The common areas looked well-maintained during our visit. We hope the interioare as good.

I invested in VSPL Divine by Swaraj Homes BuildeDeveloper mainly for its strategic location in Yeshwanthpur, right on the Outer Ring Road. Proximity to Goraguntepalya Metro Station (1 km) is excellent for connectivity. The fact that the Occupancy Certificate is already received gives peace of mind for any investment. I believe the rental demand in this area will be strong given its accessibility. While specific BHK sizes weren't available, the overall impression of the project was positive. The traffic on the Outer Ring Road can be heavy during peak hou, but that's common in Bangalore. I'm optimistic about the returns from this property.
